I had a truly awful experience here and would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for their healthcare needs. The lack of professionalism and basic respect is staggering. My main issues with this location include: Medical Negligence: They completely lost my lab analysis results, which is a massive failure for a medical facility. Disrespectful Staff: I experienced a complete breach of privacy and respect when staff members laughed behind my back, mocking the answers I gave Unprofessional Doctor: Dr. Lubov was incredibly rude to me during my visit and asked completely inappropriate, irrelevant questions that made the visit highly uncomfortable. Healthcare requires trust and dignity, neither of which can be found here. Please avoid this place.

The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy bills are slightly lower than outside . Earlier we used to be talk to pharmacy staff much more easily but they replaced with the bot which can’t understand any English except when spoken in American accent . I was in seething pain but no messages or no notifications that my prescription was ready. I found out only after calling the number and “talking” to the stupid bot

My family member had two facial cuts, and we brought them here for evaluation and stitches. Before booking the appointment, we called and spoke with the reception team to confirm whether stitches could be done for facial wounds, and we were told to come in. After spending nearly two hours arranging the visit and arriving at the scheduled appointment time, the doctor examined the wounds and informed us that they do not perform stitches for facial wounds. We were then advised to visit a nearby urgent care instead. This was very frustrating and disappointing because we had specifically confirmed this before booking. Better communication between the reception team and medical staff is needed so patients are not misinformed and delayed when urgent care is required.

I arrived only 5 minutes late for my fasting lab appointment, which was scheduled for 15 minutes. Considering that fasting appointments require patients to go without food for many hours, I expected some flexibility. However, the receptionist refused to let me proceed and asked me to reschedule, even after I explained the short delay. This decision was made without checking with the lab technician. After fasting and making the effort to arrive, being turned away was frustrating. Fortunately, after speaking with a supervisor, the issue was resolved and I was able to complete my lab work. I appreciate the supervisor’s help, but the initial handling lacked consideration

The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy. The providers are terrible. I’ve sent a message asking what is a safe dosage for my medicine, and was literally told they wouldn’t tell me without an appointment. I had to reach out to every doctor in this clinic before someone would just answer me. An RN finally did. It took over a week just to know what a safe dosage is because no one wants to actually help people here. I’m on the look out for other providers, hopefully ones that actually care about doing their jobs.
